Please join Malden and Medford Public Schools for a Transition Fair with over 30 Exhibitors. Information on family support, adult agencies, vocational services, employment support, recreation, and supported housing will be available- with representatives from each of the agencies.

Who should attend?
Students (ages 14-22 who receive special education services through an IEP), along with their families and professionals, are welcome and encouraged to attend. The event exhibitors serve a very specific population of adults with disabilities, including:
- Autism
- Developmental Disabilities
- Intellectual Disabilities
- Emotional Disabilities
